About Us...
Jeremiah's Hope is deeply committed to providing services and resources to families coping and caring for critically ill children. We have tailored programs that address the intricate challenges (small and large) that such families face before, during and after treatment. Our work is inspired by the strength and beautiful life of one special little boy who had a zest for life and whose electric smile left an indelible imprint on all that knew and loved him - Jeremiah. In the poem "Stay Strong", Jeremiah offers a message of hope and strength which drives our work every single day.
Established in 2014, Jeremiah’s Hope has provided services to Orange and Seminole County. To date, we have operated programs and initiatives targeting children and families in need with a special focus on those caring for critically ill children with school supplies for siblings, comfort items, encouragement and peer support. We actively partner with local medical providers, treatment and rehab facilities, schools and human services agencies to provide families the highest level of continuum of care.
